Issues:
• Hazardous pedestrian crossing on Olinda Trail North
• Children’s playground is not ADA accessible
• Tennis court use has declined (in keeping with national trends)
Opportunities:
• Provide pedestrian connection between community center and ballfield
• Observe success of half-court basketball to determine whether full court Basketball is needed
• Provide pedestrian connection between the Community Center and Children’s T-ball field
• Provide trailhead as gateway to Village Center
• Consider designating undeveloped land south of Community Center as open space due to it’s high
ecological significance
