EDA RESOLUTION NO. 2022-01
RESOLUTION TO CHANGE AUTORIZED SIGNATORIES FOR THE
CITY OF SCANDIA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
BANK ACCOUNT AND RELATED CHECKS
WHEREAS, the City of Scandia has funds held by Security State Bank of Marine; and
WHEREAS, the authorized persons listed for the City of Scandia Economic Development
Authority account required updating based on the appointment of a new EDA President; and
WHEREAS, the following persons are hereby authorized to sign/execute the terms and
conditions as outlined in the Bank’s Entity Authorization and Account Agreement;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SCANDIA, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does designate the
above as authorized signatories for the City of Scandia Economic Development Authority for
2022:
