SCANDIA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
RESOLUTION NO. 2022-01
A RESOLUTION TO AMMEND THE REGULAR MEETING DATE AND TIME FOR THE EDA BOARD
OF COMMISSIONERS
WHEREAS, the Economic Development Authority’s by-laws allow for the amendment of
regular meeting dates and times by Resolution; and,
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners find that it is in the Scandia Economic
Development Authority’s best interest to change the meeting date and time of its regular
monthly meeting currently held on the 2nd Monday of the month at 6:30pm; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF SCANDIA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, WASHINGTON COUNTY,
MINNESOTA, that beginning in October of 2022 the Commission shall establish its regular
monthly meetings to be held on….
